At Tweed’s Clothes, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Custom or monogrammed pieces
- Items without original tags/packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at [Tweed’s Clothes website]
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select the item(s) for return and choose refund or exchange
- Print the prepaid return label (U.S. orders only)
- Ship the package via the designated carrier
International Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods”
- Include all original customs documents
Refund & Exchange Details
Refunds:
- Processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
- Issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges:
- Available for size or color changes (subject to stock)
- No additional shipping fees for first exchange
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty product:
- Contact us within 48 hours via the Help Center
- Provide photos of the defect
- We’ll arrange a free return & expedited replacement
Special Cases
- Gift Returns: Refunded as store credit
- Bundle Purchases: All pieces must be returned together
- Made-to-Order Items: Final sale (non-returnable)
